Privacy Notice
Traceremove LLC operates traceremove.net. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, request context, timing selection, case reference, and access-code verification data used for the private-assessment and client-status workflow. Private intake context is encrypted by the application before it is stored. We may also receive technical information normally recorded by hosting providers, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review the request, communicate with you, assess potential fit, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell form-submission data.
Do not submit sensitive materials
The public request form is not a secure document portal. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, account credentials, financial information, or sensitive supporting documents. We will provide an appropriate secure route before requesting sensitive materials.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or a client relationship is established.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, security, and operational service providers to run this website and respond to inquiries. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and controls.
Your requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data, use our DSAR page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
